Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in public relations or communications.
• Strong domain knowledge of enterprise B2B tech incl. networking, SaaS, cybersecurity, open source, and AI.
• Ability to synthesize competitive landscape, analyst sentiment and media narratives into strategic recommendations.
• Thrive in fast-moving environments with bias toward action and real-time iteration.
• Proven track record building trust with C-level and senior product leadership; a trusted partner, not just an executor.
• Experience managing external PR and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning development and go-to-market communications for Cisco Cloud Control and platform innovations.
• Build and nurture relationships with top-tier business, technology, trade and new media across AI, enterprise networking, security and SaaS.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to product, product marketing, and executive leadership.
• Develop narratives linking product innovation to broader industry transformation and secure leadership profiles.
• Collaborate with regional communications teams; balance centralized strategy with local market nuance.
• Create storytelling leverage through partner and customer stories with extended networks.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution, timelines, vendor relations, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
