Qualifications

• 10+ years in public relations or communications.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise B2B tech incl. networking, SaaS, cybersecurity, AI.
• Ability to synthesize trends and provide strategic storytelling.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments with bias toward action.
• Proven track record building trust with C-level and senior leadership.
• Experience managing external PR and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Launch & Positioning Strategy: Own positioning development and go-to-market communications for Cisco Cloud Control and platform innovations.
• Media Relations: Proactively build and nurture relationships with top-tier media; secure high-impact coverage.
• Strategic Counsel: Advise product leadership with external market perspective.
• Thought Leadership & Narrative Building: Develop narratives linking product innovation to industry transformation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional communications teams.
• Partner and Customer Storytelling: Leverage partner/customer storytelling for narrative leverage.
• Execution at Scale: End-to-end campaign execution, timelines, vendor management, and AI-enabled workflows.
