Job summary

Vision Search Partners LLC is seeking a Head of Accounting for a rapidly growing travel technology company. You will lead a team of ~30 accounting professionals across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico and own the monthly close, financial reporting, technical accounting, audit, and internal controls.

Ideal candidates will be accomplished operational accounting leaders with a track record of automating processes; earlier career public accounting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Proven leadership of large accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing accounting organization of ~30 professionals across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
• Own the monthly close, financial reporting, technical accounting, audit and internal controls.
• Drive process, systems and finance infrastructure improvements as the business scales.
• Engage with global headquarters leadership on financial matters.
