Huzzle is seeking a Head of Account Management to lead the AM team and own client accounts across the full lifecycle, from handoff through delivery to retention. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic direction with day-to-day execution in a fully remote setting.

You will collaborate with operations and talent leaders, build scalable processes, set KPIs, and coach a remote team to drive placements, client satisfaction, and growth across international clients.

Qualificações

• Strong full-cycle account management experience.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment or RPO.
• Proven coaching and remote team leadership.
• Startup or scale-up process-building experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full account lifecycle from handoff to retention and growth.
• Lead and coach a remote Account Management team with clear KPIs.
• Set proactive, clear client communications and manage expectations.
• Build scalable processes for handoffs, follow-ups, and escalations.
• Drive data-driven prioritization of high-potential accounts.
