Job summary

CACI International, Inc. is seeking an HCM Test Automation & Quality Engineer to ensure quality for the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM platform deployed to federal agencies.

You will design comprehensive test strategies, build automated suites with OATS/Selenium, and coordinate UAT with stakeholders in a SAFe Agile environment. The role is remote with a preference for candidates in the DMV area, requiring strong testing and communication skills to validate payroll, benefits, and career management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years in software QA, test engineering, or test automation.
• 5+ years with automation tools such as Selenium, OATS, Tosca.
• Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications and SAFe Agile.
• Proficiency with JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps Test Plans.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies across functional, SIT, regression, performance, security, and UAT testing.
• Build automated test suites to support continuous regression within SAFe.
• Coordinate UAT activities with agency stakeholders and track sign-offs.
• Perform 508 accessibility testing to WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Validate data flows with EHRI, eOPF, USA Staffing, and other systems.
• Lead defect management and provide analytics reports to teams.
