Highmark Health is seeking a skilled HCC coder to support Medicare Advantage, ACA, and ESRD risk adjustment projects. You will translate documentation into ICD-10 diagnoses and HCC categories, while ensuring accuracy and CMS-aligned coding for RPM initiatives.

Collaborate with physicians and cross-functional teams, participate in audits, education sessions, and process improvements to drive high-quality, compliant coding across remote or hybrid settings.

Formación

• 3 years HCC coding and/or coding and billing
• 5 years HCC coding and/or coding and billing (preferred)
• CPC, CRC, CCS, and RHIT certifications are required or preferred

Responsabilidades

• Performs HCC coding on MA, ACA, and ESRD projects.
• Adheres to CMS guidelines and Highmark policies.
• Supports regulatory audits via chart reviews.
• Participates in RPM coding educational meetings.
• Assists with process improvements and ad-hoc projects.
