Highmark Inc. is seeking an experienced HCC coder to support risk adjustment for MA and ACA programs. You will code across multiple models, review documentation, and ensure CMS guidelines are followed to maximize accurate risk capture.

You will work with physicians, Quality, Compliance, and leadership, participating in RPM projects and audits. A degree and 3+ years of HCC coding experience are expected; remote work is supported with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualificações

• 3 years HCC coding and/or coding and billing experience.
• Preferred 5 years HCC coding and/or coding and billing.
• Certification in CPC, CRC, CCS or RHIT is common.

Responsabilidades

• Perform HCC coding on MA, ACA, and ESRD projects.
• Adhere to CMS guidelines and internal policies.
• Support RPM coding and periodic audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with physicians, Quality, Compliance and leadership.
• Assist with process improvements and training as needed.
