Highmark Health is seeking an experienced HCC Coder to support Medicare Advantage, ACA, and ESRD risk adjustment coding. You will interpret physician documentation into ICD-10 diagnoses and HCCs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CMS guidelines and Highmark policies while maintaining RPM coding standards.

Collaborating with physicians, Quality, Compliance, and enterprise partners, you will help drive accurate data capture and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years HCC coding and/or coding and billing
• 5 years HCC coding and/or coding and billing (preferred)

Aufgaben

• Performs HCC coding on MA, ACA, and ESRD projects; flexes between models.
• Works independently across coding applications and EMR systems.
• Adheres to CMS guidelines and Highmark policies; maintains RPM coding accuracy.
• Assists with regulatory audits by ranking charts and supporting teams.
• Engages in RPM coding educational meetings and annual coding Summit.
• Other duties as assigned.
