Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in HCC coding and/or coding and billing.
• Ability to flex between coding projects and adhere to CMS guidelines and Highmark policies.
• Supports RPM coding education and audits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs HCC coding on MA, ACA, and ESRD projects across different models and uses multiple EMR systems.
• Assists with regulatory audits by performing first coding review and chart ranking.
• Participates in ad-hoc projects and recommends process improvements.
• Engages in RPM coding educational meetings and annual coding summits.
• Other duties as assigned.
