Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Halo ITSM Developer to join its technology and service team in a remote capacity. You will analyze, design, and optimize Halo ITSM workflows to support efficient service desk operations and deliver enhanced user experiences.

You will collaborate with service desk leadership and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Halo ITSM solutions, configure catalogs, approvals, notifications, SLAs, and automation to improve processes.

Qualifications

Experience administering, configuring, and developing Halo ITSM solutions.
Strong ITSM knowledge and service desk operations.
Experience building workflows, automations, and service requests in Halo.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Analyze Halo ITSM workflows and service desk operations to identify enhancements.
Design, configure, and improve Halo ITSM workflows to meet business needs.
Develop process improvements to boost efficiency, automation, and user experience.
