Job summary

Agency seeks independent Language Alignment & Resource Partners (LARPs) to provide native-level Gujarati vetting and QA for a specialized AI data project.

Contractors will annotate, test, and validate data for natural language quality, with focus on cultural nuance and bias-free outputs. Remote engagement as freelance contractors is offered. Compensation is hourly, based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable work or educational experience in linguistics, education, or other fields requiring high attention to linguistic detail.
• Prior, tangible experience working in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Verified Gujarati language proficiency of C1 or C2; ability to transform feedback into structured resources.

Responsibilities

• Data Annotation & Review: review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and cultural context.
• Quality Assurance & Vetting: act as a primary quality check to identify and correct subtle cultural errors or awkward phrasing in Gujarati.
• Resource Generation: analyze trends and autonomously develop educational resources and feedback documentation to align AI outputs with campaign expectations.
• Production & Vetting Support: provide native-level vetting during scaling and offer linguistic consultation throughout production.
