Cribl is seeking an Enablement Intern to support the GTM Enablement team. You’ll assist with content management, AI-enabled workflows, onboarding support, and enablement tooling operations while working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

The role is part‑time and fully remote, perfect for an undergraduate eager to learn about technology, operations, and knowledge management in a modern sales ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a relevant degree in business, marketing, or tech.
• Strong written and verbal communication; quick to learn new tools/workflows.
• Interest in technology, SaaS, enablement operations, or go-to-market systems.

Responsibilities

• Publish, tag, maintain, and QA enablement content in Seismic Assist with brand refresh cleanup.
• Manage enablement workflows, including Jira requests and onboarding support.
• Create or update internal documentation, FAQs, and centralized resources.
• Gain exposure to enablement tech such as AI roleplay and sales coaching platforms.
• Collaborate with Revenue Enablement, Marketing, and Operations on onboarding and projects.
• Leverage AI tools to automate and optimize tasks.
