Doppel is seeking a Digital Web Experience Manager (Growth/Marketing focused) to own strategy, creation, and evolution of our top web experiences. You will work at the intersection of Product Marketing, Design, and Web to ensure our site communicates our value and drives measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a Digital Web Experience role focused on B2B marketing or growth.
• Proven track record with high-traffic marketing websites and measurable conversions.
• Strong understanding of UX, CRO, and web design principles.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve key web experiences and audit current site gaps.
• Define roadmaps for new pages and refreshes, prioritizing business impact and SEO.
• Manage web properties as products balancing marketing needs with long-term health.
• Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into web experiences and refine narratives.
• Lead page strategy from concept to launch with wireframes, structure, and accessibility/SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with Design and Web Engineering to ship pages efficiently and remove blockers.
• Continuously optimize using analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing to improve clarity, engagement, and conversion.
