Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Product Manager to identify growth opportunities through market intelligence and external partnerships. This role will own market/competitive intelligence, translate trends into growth strategies, and drive opportunities from idea to commercialization.

The position is fully remote. Reporting to Senior Commercial Product Manager, you will collaborate with Commercial, Product, Marketing, Operations, and R&D to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, growth strategy, market/competitive intelligence, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven experience owning intelligence, analytics, or growth workstreams and leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and business judgment abilities.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Lead market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, threats, opportunities, and inform portfolio strategy.
• Drive business analytics and market trend assessments, building financial models to quantify growth opportunities, ROI, and investment requirements.
• Scout emerging technologies and strategic partners, evaluating fit and leading early-stage partnership development through pilot design.
• Assess new technologies and integration opportunities to expand the portfolio, shaping long-term growth roadmaps and executive recommendations.
• Influence cross-functional decision-making by synthesizing data-driven insights and aligning Commercial, Product, Marketing, Operations, and R&D.
