• Track record of success in sales — financial services, B2B, insurance, real estate, or similar.
• Ability to hold sophisticated conversations with six-figure business owners and earn their trust.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build something, not just take a paycheck.
• Disciplined, self-directed, able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, present, and close new partner relationships via outbound outreach and Zoom.
• Guide high-earning real estate professionals through evaluation of our investment model.
• Serve as board-level advisor to partners, run strategy meetings.
• Manage portfolio, drive accountability and growth.
• Build own division and leadership as the company expands.
