Whatnot Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations professional to own the operational layer behind paid creative. You will shape workflows, tooling, and data infrastructure to scale performance marketing globally while maintaining brand fit and signal.

You will audit current processes, build a clear plan for change, and partner with Growth Marketing, Influencer, and Creative teams to accelerate impact. The role emphasizes measurement, insights, and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance marketing & operations at a high-growth consumer company.
• Strong analytical judgment with data tools and platforms.
• Track record of building scalable systems and processes.
• Strong PM instincts for cross-functional initiatives.
• Clear written communication and ability to turn messy realities into actions.

Responsibilities

• Audit and redesign the operational systems behind Growth Marketing, improving reporting, tooling, and workflows.
• Analyze creative performance across paid channels to identify patterns and inform strategy.
• Coordinate across Performance Marketing, Influencer, and Creative teams to align priorities.
• Own data infrastructure and dashboards, automate reporting, and ensure data quality.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end and drive scalable results.
• Solve structural questions as paid scales globally.
