Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. seeks a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta advertising, messaging, and testing.

You will lead end-to-end campaigns, manage client relationships, and guide copy and video sales letter development to optimize lead generation and appointments. This senior role reports to the Associate Director of Operations and offers remote-friendly work with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
