Job summary

Dental Claim Support is seeking a strategic Director of Marketing to lead B2B and SaaS marketing for DCS and Quanta. You will report to the Vice President of Growth and guide the marketing organization, channels, and data-driven decisions to scale both brands.

You will drive automation, nurture workflows, brand strategy for Quanta as a SaaS, and grow awareness while maintaining the established DCS presence. Remote with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in the dental industry, service and SaaS.
• High competency in HubSpot and CRMs in general; Zoho a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SEO strategy and execution, including Google Analytics.
• Experience with marketing automation and lead nurture workflow design.
• Ability to use data (UTM parameters) to define lead sources and guide strategy.
• Experience with B2B account-based marketing for DSOs.
• Networking with industry influencers or healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiar with Google-based tools and Canva for graphics/presentations.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally between sales, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the marketing team with strategic and technical direction.
• Own marketing automation and lead nurture workflows across HubSpot and Zoho.
• Partner with VP of Growth and VP of Business Operations.
• Develop and execute marketing strategy across DCS and Quanta to scale.
• Identify and scale new campaign sources and channels.
• Build Quanta's brand as a SaaS product in the dental space; grow DCS brand.
• Monitor competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Own UTM parameter strategy and attribution for leads.
• Report on marketing performance and ROI to executives.
• Collaborate with sales to align on lead quality and conversion.
