Job summary

Rare Candy is seeking a Growth Marketer to elevate programmatic SEO and lifecycle marketing. You will build scalable pages using card data, automation, and AI, prioritizing Pokémon sets first and expanding to MTG and other games.

Collaborate with engineering on structured data and indexing, while driving lifecycle campaigns to activate and retain collectors. You’ll partner with the Growth team to track rankings, impressions, traffic, and revenue, and help shape activation strategies as you grow

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in SEO, organic growth, lifecycle marketing, or a related growth role.
• Hands-on SEO on a large or data-heavy site; programmatic SEO experience is a plus.
• Comfort building with automation and AI tools to scale work beyond manual effort.
• Knowledge of Google Search Console, analytics tools, and keyword research tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and templates.
• Experience with email, push, segmentation, or retention campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the programmatic SEO roadmap and build operation.
• Identify page types, keyword clusters, and internal-linking opportunities to scale.
• Prioritize current Pokémon sets, then MTG, Lorcana, and Riftbound.
• Build programmatic pages using data, automation tools, and AI.
• Collaborate with engineering on structured data and indexing.
