Job summary

Lago is seeking a proactive Senior Paid Ads Specialist to own and scale paid media across Meta, Google, Amazon, YouTube, and more. This remote role focuses on growth, data-driven decision making, and revenue expansion from a few tens of thousands to six figures monthly.

You'll partner with creative and analytics teams to optimize campaigns, improve ROAS, and drive traffic to Shopify and Amazon storefronts while shaping Lago's digital growth roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Amazon campaigns
• Drive traffic to Shopify and Amazon and support brand awareness
• Audit listings, storefronts, and PPC campaigns
• Scale revenue from ~$20K/month to 6 figures/month
• Own the digital marketing paid channels: strategy, execution, reporting
