We’re hiring a Growth Engineer to build the systems, experiments, and product surfaces that drive acquisition, conversion, activation, and lifecycle performance.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in growth engineering, product engineering, or technical growth roles.
• Ability to ship quickly across product, web, analytics, and automation systems.
• Experience building and optimizing conversion funnels for consumer or marketplace products.
• Comfort turning messy data into clean operational inputs.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize acquisition and conversion systems across website, app flow, onboarding, and lifecycle touchpoints.
• Instrument the funnel end-to-end from visitor to activation and engagement.
• Launch and analyze growth experiments across landing pages, messaging, UX, referrals, onboarding, and reactivation.
• Build internal tools and automations for lead routing, CRM workflows, lifecycle messaging, segmentation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with product and design to reduce onboarding friction and improve completion rates.
