The candidate will partner with franchise owners and leadership to influence strategy, improve performance, and deliver measurable outcomes while traveling up to 50% and operating from a home-based location in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business consulting or coaching experience.
• Real estate industry experience.
• Proven track record of driving growth, retention, and profitability.
• Ability to translate franchisee goals into actionable strategies that drive measurable results.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Support franchises to drive growth and engagement.
• Lead field support with Franchise Sales to evaluate markets and present at brand events.
• Identify opportunities focused on organic gain, consolidation, M&A, and roll-in events.
• Drive metrics: recruiting, retention, per-agent production, and franchise sales growth.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand footprints and market share.
• Lead complex consulting engagements with financial analysis and business planning.
• Benchmark goals and set strategic targets for franchisees.
• Build brand engagement in partnership with Brand Leadership.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to franchise owners and leadership.
• Manage compliance and contract changes within the Book of Business.
