Job summary

Healthy Gamer, LLC is seeking an experienced marketing professional for a US-based, remote role. You will lead go-to-market campaigns, partner with product teams, and use HubSpot and Amplitude data to optimize performance.

This role focuses on driving product launches, growth campaigns, email lifecycle, SEO, CRO, and data-driven decisions. Remote from day one, you’ll join a mission-driven team expanding mental health resources.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing, including product launches.
• Experience collaborating with product teams on launches.
• Strong copywriting for web, email, and social.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience.
• Comfort with data: dashboards and A/B testing.
• Web analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Metabase) and CMS/tools.
• SEO, GEO strategy, CRO on landing pages.
• Organized and self-directed, able to drive launches from brief to post-launch review.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and launch marketing campaigns for new products and features.
• Write briefs with goals, audience, messaging, channels, timeline, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with product managers and Content to drive traffic and conversions.
• Lead paid search campaigns and ads beyond organic playbooks.
• Track performance, conduct A/B tests, and share data-backed recommendations.
