You will own vision, strategy, and execution across accounting, invoicing, payments, and regulatory reporting, guiding PMs and collaborating with engineering, data science, UX, sales, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of product management experience, with 1–2 years leading PMs and 3+ years managing a product category.
• Experience with financial controls, compliance tracking, and global reporting requirements for large enterprises.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software, especially in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor PMs, ensuring alignment with engineers, data science, design, sales, and marketing.
• Define success metrics and drive data-informed decisions across initiatives.
• Collaborate with executives to secure resources and executive buy-in for strategic initiatives.
• Drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ensure measurable impact.
