Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a highly experienced Group Product Manager to own our Dex product, an AI-native data warehouse for private markets. You will define vision, strategy, and the multi-year roadmap, partnering with engineering, design, and AI teams to build a scalable data backbone for apps and services.

You’ll work with customers to translate insights into strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and drive end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS.
• Proven experience owning a complex product area end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap through execution.
• Background in data warehousing, data modeling, document ingestion and extraction, ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality and validation.
• Experience building agentic workflows or production LLM features with real evaluation and monitoring discipline.
• Fluency with LLMs and common AI tools (Claude, Cursor) - prototypes and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong communication skills with engineers, designers, executives, and customers.
• Track record of leading through influence and mentoring other PMs.

Responsibilities

• Take a new product zero-to-one: transform Dex from an idea into a reality.
• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dex as an external product and internal backbone.
• Talk to customers and internal teams to gather insights and sharpen strategic direction.
• Lead cross-functionally with engineering, design, fund administration, customer success, sales, and AI teams to align on strategy and execution.
• Ship end-to-end: plan projects, define requirements, and motivate teams to deliver.
• Harness the power of AI: drive AI-powered capabilities across the pipeline and data insights.
