Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead Dex, an AI-native data warehouse for private markets. You’ll define the vision, multi-year strategy, and roadmap; own end-to-end data pipeline and ensure Dex serves as the data backbone for our apps, AI agents, and managed services.

With 10+ years in B2B/Enterprise SaaS, you’ll drive AI-enabled features, mentor PMs, and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and go-to-market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS with shipped end-to-end work.
• Proven experience owning complex product areas end-to-end, ideally zero-to-one.
• Background in data warehousing, data modeling, document ingestion/extraction, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience building agentic workflows or production LLM features with evaluation and monitoring.
• Fluency with LLMs and AI tools; able to prototype and accelerate PM work.
• Strong communication and track record of influencing across teams; mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Take Dex from concept to production: lead discovery, define requirements, roadmap, and ship end-to-end solutions.
• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dex as external product and internal platform.
• Conduct customer research with clients and internal stakeholders to inform direction.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, fund administration, CS, sales, AI teams, and executives.
• Drive adoption and go-to-market coordination with GTM and fund administration teams.
• Define and deliver AI-powered capabilities across the pipeline: ingestion, extraction, mapping, validation, search, and insights.
• Provide product leadership and mentorship for other PMs and engineering workstreams.
