Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within medical device or complex rehab technology.
• 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives and product launches.
• Lead branding, product marketing, and sales enablement across channels.
• Oversee digital marketing, content, and demand generation initiatives.
