Job summary

SME Careers, a fast-growing AI Data Services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, seeks a Greek Quality Assurance Lead (QAL) as an hourly remote contractor. You will oversee quality across Greek AI training projects, review content, provide precise feedback, and ensure adherence to rubrics.

You will collaborate with remote trainers via Discord, maintain documentation, support onboarding, and drive process improvements to deliver natural, accurate Greek data aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Greek proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• 3+ years of Greek writing, editing, translation, localization, or QA experience.
• Strong English to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check Greek items and provide feedback to trainers and QAs.
• Update trainers on Discord about new guidelines and workflow changes.
• Schedule onboarding/training and explain project expectations and rubrics.
• Create and maintain Greek project documentation and style guides.
