Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology risk, IT controls, IT audit, cybersecurity risk, or compliance with hands-on full-stack GRC delivery.
• Deep understanding of technical design and governance across multiple domains (infrastructure resiliency, SDLC, change management, incident response).
• Hands-on experience evaluating risks, identifying weaknesses, and driving improvements with stakeholders.
• Proven track record mentoring analysts and delivering on-time results in cross-functional settings.
• Ability to translate complex risk concepts for technical and non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead second line advisory coverage for key technology and security domains across the business.
• Partner with engineering teams to evaluate posture and determine where controls or governance improvements are needed.
• Review risk designs and controls to ensure scalable, effective mitigations aligned with business and regulatory expectations.
• Coordinate across risk, controls, policy, audit, and assurance to translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Triage risk, validate mitigations, and support risk treatment decisions with subject matter experts.
• Enable leadership with clear narratives that connect risks, controls, incidents, and reporting.
• Build, grow, and coach a team of analysts and senior analysts to maintain high performance.
