Forward Financing LLC is seeking a GRC Analyst to strengthen governance, risk, and compliance programs. The role focuses on third-party risk management, policy maintenance, and supporting SOC2 audits.

You will collaborate with teams, drive risk analysis, and promote a culture of security across our remote-first environment. The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years in GRC, a background in vendor risk, and strong written and verbal English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2+ years in a GRC, risk, or compliance role.
• Experience with third-party risk management processes, including due diligence and assessments.
• Familiarity with creating or maintaining policies, standards, and procedures.
• Understanding of risk assessment methodologies and identifying risks.
• Experience supporting SOC2 audits by gathering evidence and coordinating with teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Willingness to tackle unfamiliar problems and ask questions to orient.
• Intellectual curiosity about risk, compliance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Conduct third-party risk assessments including due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain security policies and procedures.
• Assist with risk analysis to identify and track risks.
• Support SOC2 audit by gathering evidence and coordinating stakeholders.
• Contribute to GRC program development to align with business objectives.
• Promote security and risk awareness through clear communication.
• Leverage AI/ML tools to automate tasks and improve processes.
• Conduct internal audits of systems and processes.
• Tackle ambiguous problems, ask questions, and learn quickly.
