Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in a GRC, risk, or compliance role.
• Experience with third‑party/vendor risk management.
• Experience supporting SOC2 audits and gathering evidence.
• Familiarity with policy, standard, and procedure maintenance.
• Ability to assess and identify risks and coordinate across teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct third‑party risk assessments and ongoing vendor monitoring.
• Help create and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Assist with risk analysis to identify, evaluate, and track risks.
• Support SOC2 audit by gathering evidence and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the GRC program aligned with business goals.
• Promote security and risk awareness through clear communication.
• Leverage AI/ML tools to automate routine governance tasks.
• Conduct internal audits of systems and processes.
• Tackle ambiguous problems and learn needed skills quickly.
