Job summary

AMG & Associates, Inc. is seeking a creative Graphics Designer on a full-time contract basis to develop engaging visual content that supports marketing and communications while maintaining brand consistency.

You will design digital and print materials, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and stay current with design trends. A Bachelor's in graphic design and 1–3 years' experience, plus proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in graphic design or related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design fundamentals and creativity.
• Proficiency withAdobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva preferred.
• Strong typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate ideas into visuals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social content, and visual assets.
• Develop design concepts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Design for digital platforms, print publications, and internal communications.
• Apply typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and hierarchy.
• Edit and enhance photographs, illustrations, icons, and other visuals.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and internal teams.
• Work with senior designers to develop visual solutions.
• Review and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure branding, quality, and formatting standards are met.
• Maintain consistency across branding and digital communications.
• Prepare final design files for digital and print production.
• Organize library of assets, templates, fonts, images, and source files.
• Manage multiple design projects while prioritizing deadlines.
• Assist with presentations, promotional materials, and web graphics.
• Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support the creative team with research and concept development.
