Job Overview:

Our client is a real estate investment company based in Denver, Colorado, United States. It is focused on acquiring, renovating, and managing properties to provide reasonably priced housing for the local community. We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join their dynamic marketing team at Carbon. This role combines graphic design expertise with video editing skills to create engaging visual content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design compelling graphics and edit captivating videos that align with our brand's vision.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and Production:
   • Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, and print ads.
   • Create animations and motion graphics to enhance brand storytelling.
2. Video Editing:
   • Edit and produce engaging video content for promotional, instructional, and branding purposes.
   • Utilize video editing software to ensure seamless integration of visuals and audio.
3. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances brand visibility.
   • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all media channels.
4. Quality and Timeliness:
   • Ensure all visual and video content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
   • Maintain consistency in visual style across all channels.
5. Professional Development:
   • Stay updated with the latest design and video trends and best practices.
   • Participate in workshops or training to enhance skills in graphic design and video editing software.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and animation principles.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing capabilities.
