Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 7+ years in multimedia design/animation/digital media development with creative or technical direction.
• 2+ years supervising employees or leading teams, including coaching and performance feedback.
• Strong understanding of visual design, animation, and interactive media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D tools including Cinema 4D.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multimedia team responsible for illustrations, animations, video, and interactive media.
• Provide creative and technical direction on projects, set standards, guide asset development.
• Manage project timelines across team members and projects.
• Track multimedia production metrics for continuous improvement.
