Job summary

Lyntris is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft high‑fidelity 2D graphics and motion for Navy IMI training software built in Captivate and Unity. You’ll collaborate with ISDs, software engineers, 3D artists, and leads to design, test, and deploy training products.

The role requires portfolio-perfect design skills, brand discipline, and the ability to iterate with the Creative Director and Operations team. US citizenship and security clearance eligibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; XD optional.
• Excellent communication and ability to present concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills; collaborate with designers and developers.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Specialization in producing high-fidelity 2D graphics.
• Craft motion graphics and ensure solid implementation by engineers.
• Design for desktop and tablet UIs.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements with engineers and stakeholders.
• Illustrate design ideas to product stakeholders using mockups.
• Provide feedback to engineers to ensure cohesive UX.
• Weekly collaboration with Creative Director and team to align designs.
• Engage in design thinking to develop strategies with unclear paths.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
