Sur is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing marketing team. You will create digital ad creative, brochures, slide decks, and campaign assets, collaborating with marketing to bring brand guidelines to life across formats.

This remote, full-time role focuses on digital design, with emphasis on social media, paid campaigns, and client-facing presentations. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma or Canva are essential, along with solid typography and layout skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in digital design and ads.
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Canva.
• Solid grasp of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of print production standards (bleed, CMYK).
• Excellent communication and strong English proficiency.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage shifting priorities.
• Based in LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Design digital ad creative for social media and paid campaigns.
• Create marketing collateral like brochures, playbooks, and testimonial documents.
• Build slide decks for internal and client presentations.
• Ensure print materials are production-ready (bleed, resolution, color).
• Maintain brand guidelines across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple design requests and prioritize by deadlines.
• Contribute ideas and design recommendations proactively.
