Job summary

Arlo Solutions is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to create visual materials for Acquisition Workforce Training Conference and Industry Day events for HHS ASFR/OA. This remote role collaborates with the Meeting and Events Manager to produce branding, digital and print collateral, signage, and templates that meet government-approved designs and accessibility standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
Three or more years of professional graphic design experience with a diverse portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience with photo and video editing tools.
Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards and accessible PDFs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and revisions under deadline.
Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to complete an HHS background investigation.

Responsibilities

Develop event branding and visual identities including themes, logos, color palettes, and design standards for each event.
Design digital graphics, event guides, fact sheets, flyers, and social media graphics.
Create and refresh presentation templates and assist with speaker/deck formatting.
Design graphics for branded event site, mobile app, and email campaigns.
Design and maintain branded event pages and landing pages, including registration, agenda, speaker, and resources.
