Great Minds is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Creative team. You’ll shape how we present content across PowerPoint, print materials, and digital campaigns, ensuring brand-consistent visuals that engage educators and stakeholders.

You’ll report to the Design Manager and collaborate with marketing, content, and other designers to translate project goals into polished, production-ready assets, while juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio across print, digital, and presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to translate marketing messages into visuals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design compelling, brand-aligned PowerPoint presentations for clear, engaging visual stories.
• Create marketing collateral across print and digital (flyers, brochures, infographics, social graphics).
• Support event and experiential graphics (trade show materials, signage).
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative partners to translate objectives into visuals.
• Uphold Great Minds brand standards across marketing and communications.
• Develop concepts and mockups for review and refinement.
• Source, retouch photography and assets for campaigns.
• Deliver production-ready files for print, digital, and presentation use.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with teams to meet deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and contribute to a collaborative environment.
