Job summary

Great Minds is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Creative team. You bring strong design fundamentals, fresh thinking, and a passion for bringing ideas to life.

Reporting to the Design Manager, you’ll help shape how Great Minds shows up across marketing—from high-impact PowerPoint presentations to collateral. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and content partners to deliver engaging work that meets brand standards.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio across print, digital, and presentation design.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Portfolio includes at least one presentation or deck.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong typography, composition, color, and brand consistency.
Ability to translate marketing messages into clear visuals.
Experience working with brand guidelines and collaborative workflows.
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Curious, adaptable mindset and willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

Design brand-aligned PowerPoint presentations that transform complex content into clear, engaging visual stories.
Create marketing collateral across print and digital, including flyers, brochures, and infographics.
Support event and experiential graphics, signage, and branded touchpoints.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative partners to translate objectives into visuals.
Apply and uphold Great Minds brand standards across materials.
Bring fresh ideas while maintaining brand consistency within design systems.
Develop concepts, layouts, and mockups for review and refinement.
Source, retouch photography and visual assets for campaigns.
Prepare production-ready files for print, digital, and presentations.
Manage multiple projects with PMs to meet deadlines.
Incorporate feedback and maintain a positive collaborative environment.
