Job summary

Great Minds is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Creative team—someone who brings strong design fundamentals, fresh thinking, and a passion for bringing ideas to life.

Reporting to the Design Manager, you’ll help shape how Great Minds shows up across marketing and communications—from high-impact PowerPoint presentations and digital campaigns to marketing collateral and branded experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven graphic design experience in marketing, agency, or in-house environments.
• Strong portfolio showing print, digital, and presentation design work.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for polished, non-template presentations.
• Portfolio includes at least one strong presentation or deck.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong typography, composition, color, and brand consistency understanding.
• Ability to translate marketing messages into clear visuals.
• Experience working with established brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design compelling, brand-aligned PowerPoint presentations with strong typography, hierarchy, color, and layout.
• Create marketing collateral across print and digital (flyers, brochures, one-pagers, infographics, social graphics).
• Support development of event graphics, trade show materials, signage, and branded touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative partners to translate objectives into effective visual solutions.
• Uphold Great Minds brand standards across marketing and communications.
• Contribute fresh ideas to design systems while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop concepts, layouts, and mockups for review and refinement.
• Source and retouch photography and visual assets for campaigns.
• Prepare production-ready files for print, digital, and presentation use.
• Manage multiple projects with project managers to meet deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and contribute to a collaborative creative environment.
