Job summary

AllOne Health Resources, Inc. is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to work remotely. You will design and produce graphic art for print and digital media, collaborating with internal stakeholders to create and execute design solutions for marketing, advertising, sales, and other communications.

The role requires strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, a balance of creativity and detail, and the ability to work independently while aligning with brand guidelines and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic arts or related field.
• Strong corporate design skills in print and digital layout.
• Balance of creativity and eye for detail.
• Open-minded and flexible team player.
• Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision.
• Good time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Understanding of print process, pre-flighting and packaging files.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team and various departments to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate our messages.
• Produce customized materials using established templates to maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent and cohesive visual identity across all materials.
• Create new on-brand marketing materials, including flyers, presentation decks, email newsletters, social campaigns, and website graphics.
• Refresh marketing materials to keep the brand current and engaging.
• Assist with print and digital collateral for large‑scale events including social ads, signage, handouts and branded giveaways.
• Prepare files for print and coordinate with outside vendors to complete bimonthly print orders.
• Build and edit visually compelling website pages and modules using our CMS.
• Keep track of and communicate updates on all projects using our online project management software.
• Maintain clean and organized work files to be shared on our online content libraries.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and with high quality.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design output.
