Job summary

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team in Lansing. You will craft visual solutions for print and digital media, working closely with clients to define project goals, formats, and deadlines.

The role requires a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and experience with both print and web design. You will uphold brand standards while managing complex projects and coordinating with outside vendors as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong portfolio of work demonstrating design capabilities.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Experience designing for both print and digital media and ability to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with in-house creative team to deliver visual solutions for print and digital channels.
Communicate with clients about design scope, format and timelines.
Prepare finished artwork meeting digital and print requirements.
Uphold brand identity per corporate style guidelines.
Manage increasingly complex design projects and coordinate with external vendors.
Stay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques.
Travel to meetings, seminars and conferences as required.
Assist with additional duties as needed.
