Job summary

The Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation (CCF) is seeking a Research Grants Manager to support our grant funding and sponsored project contracting. The role manages grant programs and tracks outcomes, award recipients, and milestones, working in a fast-paced virtual environment.

This fully remote position requires strong administrative and project management skills, experience in grants administration, and proficiency with tools like Proposal Central, Asana, and Raiser’s Edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong administrative and project management experience.
• Previous experience in grants administration is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the annual grants calendar and deadlines.
• Coordinate the scientific review process and schedule review panels.
• Support applicants with questions via email or phone and prepare notifications.
• Maintain grant/contract files and administer subaward agreements.
• Process grant/contract/fellowship modifications and track amendments.
