Job summary

The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Administration in New York. You will work with Research Program directors to develop and implement awards, manage announcements, applications, and grant lifecycle tasks while ensuring accurate reporting and stakeholder communication.

The role is onsite in New York with a minimum three days per week in the office, and offers a comprehensive benefits package to support health, retirement, and work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program administration including grant lifecycle logic and workflow.
• Experience in medical nonprofit or academic setting is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or related field preferred; Master’s Degree in Tumor Biology a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe proficiency; familiarity with databases and analytical software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute initiative program announcements.
• Develop and review program applications, forms, templates, and deliverables.
• Schedule, attend, and record steering/review committee meetings and provide minutes.
• Prepare and distribute meeting materials; manage action items and deliverables.
• Manage pre- and post-award grant management through the lifecycle.
