Job summary

Launch Legends invites you to join Autheo Foundation as Grants Program Manager, a part-time equity cofounder role on Mainnet. You will own the grant program from intake to milestone close, engaging applicants, reviewers, and the Grants Committee.

You’ll ensure KYC/KYB, legal alignment, and transparent reporting, while guiding projects that ship on Chain ID 2127, DevHub, TheoID, and related infrastructure. This is a governance-focused role for builders who value public accountability and impact.

Qualifications

• Managed a grants or nonprofit program, preferably in a technology nonprofit or blockchain foundation.
• Able to handle 15–40 concurrent grants.
• Working knowledge of 501(c)(3) grant practice: written agreements, milestones, disclosures.
• Clear writing: grant feedback, rejection reasons, public program notes.
• Understanding blockchain proposals and ability to assess alignment with chain goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full grant lifecycle from intake to close.
• Be the point of contact for applicants, guide reviews and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with Grant Committee, legal and finance on approvals, KYD/KYB and disbursements.
• Publish awarded grants and milestone reports publicly.
• Track applications, awards, milestone completion, and impact notes tied to live network events.
