Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Manager, Grant Writing & Partnership Communications to lead grant proposals and donor communications for a national audience.

You will translate complex programs into compelling narratives, drive proposal development across departments, and produce impact-focused reports for external partners. This remote-first role supports fundraising goals and collaborates with a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 4–6 years of grant-writing experience required.
• Proven success developing grant applications for diverse funding sources.
• Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Attention to detail and compliance across materials.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional colleagues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full grant writing lifecycle from research to submission.
• Develop high-quality fundraising documents and donor reports.
• Coordinate input from departments to ensure timely deliverables.
• Ensure proposals comply with donor guidelines and branding.
• Translate complex strategies into persuasive narratives.
• Design and develop presentation materials for proposals.
• Support donor reporting and budget-related communications.
• Provide guidance and tools to colleagues in grant development.
