Job summary

The Centre for Effective Altruism (CEA) is hiring a Grants Associate to strengthen our grants systems and move funds to high-impact projects. You’ll be the main contact for grantees and internal evaluators, administering our grants management workflow and ensuring smooth rounds.

We value detail-oriented, highly organized individuals with strong customer-service instincts. Entry-level candidates are welcome, and prior grant administration or Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• You will manage grants through our Salesforce grants management system.
• Provide a smooth grant recipient experience and solve issues.
• Conduct due diligence to ensure compliance with law and policies.
• Review grantee reports in line with regulations.
• Maintain accurate grant records and drive data reliability.

Responsibilities

• Process grants through Salesforce grants management.
• Communicate with recipients to resolve issues.
• Support end-to-end grant experience for grantees.
• Monitor and report impact with accurate data.
• Collaborate with Grants Lead Becky Lang and team.
