Good Works Grant Writing is seeking a Grant Manager to oversee multiple nonprofit client accounts, shaping fundraising strategies, coordinating proposal calendars, and serving as the primary contact between clients and our team. You will develop compelling grant proposals and related materials, supervise Grants Specialists, and contribute to program design and evaluation.

A strong track record in nonprofit fundraising and grant writing is essential.

Qualifications

> Strong writing, research and communication skills are required.
> Ability to manage time and meet deadlines consistently.
> Experience supervising staff and working with nonprofit organizations.
> Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
> Five+ years nonprofit sector experience and three+ years grant writing experience.

Responsibilities

> Manage multiple client accounts, meeting with clients to determine fundraising needs and prospects.
> Develop compelling grant proposals, letters of intent, and progress reports.
> Draft copy for various projects including website copy and annual reports.
> Supervise Grants Specialists and provide feedback to improve writing.
> Provide input on program design and evaluation for clients.
> Conduct prospect research and develop needs statements.
> Ensure availability for client meetings (min 8 hours/week).
> Attend monthly staff meetings.
