This remote US role emphasizes meticulous administration, cross‑functional collaboration, and proactive problem solving to move projects from funding to implementation. You will work under the Senior Manager, Grants & Contracts, maintaining records, drafting documents, and coordinating actions

Qualifications

• >1 year experience for Associate; 4+ years for Senior Associate in grants and contracts administration
• >Experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat
• >Experience using Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar systems to maintain records (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager, Grants & Contracts with systems infrastructure, keeping Smartsheet, Salesforce, and related records current
• Assist with ongoing assessment and improvement of systems to optimize efficiency
• Provide contract management support across Sabin, including procurements, reviews, evaluations, and subcontract drafts
• Support execution of contract documents and maintain grants and contracts records
• Track contractor invoices and assist with reporting and documentation
• Generate reports and perform data entry as requested
• Provide guidance to subcontractors and staff on contract-related matters
• Contribute to funder reporting with relevant agreement, payment, and deliverable data
• Review budgets and planning documents to ensure contractual compliance
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
