Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Benton County is seeking a Grant Writer to identify, develop, and submit competitive grant proposals that advance opportunities for local kids and teens. You will coordinate with leadership, program staff, and finance to gather information, craft compelling narratives, and assemble budgets for timely submissions.

This role requires strong written communication, research, and project management skills, with experience in nonprofit fundraising.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in grant writing, proposal development, fundraising, nonprofit communications, or a related field.
• Experience researching funding opportunities and preparing written proposals.
• Ability to produce professional work within established deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Grant Research & Prospecting: identify local, regional, state, federal, corporate, and private foundation funding opportunities.
• Proposal Development: write narratives, budgets, and supporting materials tailored to funder priorities while aligning with the organization’s mission.
• Application Submission & Tracking: manage timelines, ensure complete submissions, and maintain organized records.
• Funder Relationship Support: build and maintain relationships with current and prospective funders.
